Our instructor, Kristi, has over a decade of yoga experience. Kristi is a certified yoga instructor (200HR, RYS), specializing in anatomical embodiment. This type of yoga incorporates the science of movement and focuses on body posture. She not only practices yoga by land, but has since taken up stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga over water! Stay tuned.
