Weight Loss

Weight loss. For some clients, this can be the hardest part! Doing everything right? Tried every diet on the planet? Drinking all the water? Exercising more? Eating less? Still stuck? This can be quite common. Especially if you have been down this road before. Our bodies are very smart and learn to adapt to changes. The roller coaster of chronic dieting can cause fluctuations in our weight but also enables our bodies to learn to fight or resist new changes from occurring. This means that over time, our body tries to preserve our current weight, becoming resistant to weight loss, making it harder and harder to lose weight. This, of course, does not mean it is impossible to lose weight. It just means we have to be patient and sometimes add a few extra tools to kick start this process. We are here to help you during every step of your journey.

WEIGHT MANAGMENT

Weight Management. Congratulations! You have reached your goal! Mission Complete! Not quite. We wish it were that easy. Unfortunately, weight management takes some effort and time too. Weight loss is the just the tip of the iceberg on your journey. Above the surface you can see the positive impact from your weight loss journey. You are probably noticing that you are feeling better, moving better, and yes, looking good! That is amazing! Underneath the surface, however, you still have to put in the work to maintain those results. Remain dedicated. Remember how you got here. How hard you worked to get here. Stay here. Stay dedicate. Stay committed. Remember Mindset is Everything. You can do hard things! Just like owning a vehicle, our bodies need maintenance. We have to keep our bodies functioning and fueled. Remember, our bodies our smart. They will want to get back to their original set point. We have to set the "new norm" for our bodies, establishing a new set point. This takes time. Don't worry! We got this. We will help you stay the course.
