LATE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

All visits that are scheduled will be charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No refunds given for cancellations after 24 hours unless extenuating circumstances arise. Rescheduling appointments will be up to the discretion of the provider.

Refunds will not be provided for initial consultation.
