MEET OUR PROVIDER
Kristi Rose Pennenberg, APNP-BC
Kristi has over 20 years of medical and wellness experience. She is a graduate of Saint Norbert College and the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She holds bachelor's degrees in biomedical sciences, chemistry, and nursing. She has her master's degree in nursing. Kristi is a board certified family nurse practitioner with years of experience caring for patients across the lifespan. She has experience in primary care, urgent care, critical care, nephrology, and surgical specialties. In addition she holds advanced education in wellness, nutrition, and weight loss management. She is trained in aesthetic procedures, IV therapies, and injections. She not has great passion for patient care, but also for practicing yoga. With over a decade of experience, she is a 200 HR certified yoga instructor.

At Mindset Medicine, we treat even the smallest members of the family! From infancy to 18, and beyond, we're here for examination, diagnosis, treatment across the lifespan. We are here for minor health problems, sports physicals, routine maintenance, and anything else along the way!
